Shipping Rates
The shipping company that TCShop utilizes is UPS. You can view details on the UPS web site.

Shipping Restrictions
TCShop items are purchased goods being shipped to an address inside the United States these items are shipped from UPS.
The products from stocks of Amazon are sent to countries that Amazon distributes to.
Cargo Company is responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment.
TCShop does not ship orders outside of US.

Shipping Methods
Shipping methods are selected by the consumer during checkout.
Options include: Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver (overnight) for your order’s shipping method.

Availability
Orders received between 09.00 AM and 18.00 (GMT -4 hours) will be processed to ship same day.

Order Status
You will be given an order status number once you complete your purchase. To track the status of your order, click the “Order Status” link in the upper- right corner of any page on our Web site; type in your order status number and click submit button. You'll then be able to view a list of all of your orders with us.
